Tri Delt is not top tier....a lot of push by tri-delts! on this site lately. Tri delt is solidly middle tier as they have been forever. Not top of middle tier either. DZ, Theta and AXO are well ahead of them. Sigma Chi will always be one of the top three. Have been since they established on campus. Others will pop up and down through the years, but Sigma Chi's history is legendary on campus. Nothing can take away such a legacy. FIJI has the same allure to a lesser degree. Betas had it until they had to shut down and now become dry.
