A lot of the girls that I've seen pref at high houses and choose the middle/lower ones are those that are beautiful, but are looking for a more chill/studious/less superficial house. Obviously top houses want those pretty, laid back girls, but sometimes those girls don't want top houses because they don't want to feel like walking on eggshells 24/7 trying to live up to their expectations.
