Listing legacies will not hurt you. Typically, most sororities are required by their national to invite legacies back for 2nd round parties before they can cut a legacy. If you are carried through to pref party doubtful they will cut you or in some cases (because of that sororities bylaws) you have to be on their bid list. Also, in most sororities only Grandmother, mother and sisters are considered legacy....aunts are not a legacy. My chapter checks to see if you truly are a legacy. Many girls are legacies so it won't hurt you. If a chapter wants you, and you are a legacy at another chapter they are not going to cut you because of it. I can't remember cutting anyone just because they were a legacy.
