If you go to every round and get invited to the last round then you will be put on the house's bid list and have a good chance of receiving a bid. Every house will have a different quota of girls that they need, some more and some less. If a house not meet quota they may either give snap bids or participate in continuous recruitment either directly after recruitment or in the spring. Don't worry. Just go through the process.
