I feel like every house that didn't have to give out snap bids are the true winners. Being so selective during rush screwed over a lot of top houses. APhi, Kappa, Zeta, and DZ and maybe a few more are all rumored to have given out snap bids and it honestly shows. They didn't get the best looking girls. While no pledge class was absolutely stunning, a lot of houses got some really pretty, down to earth girls that looked for houses with substance and more than just the top house name. Theta, AXO, Phi Mu, and AXiD were really surprising this year. There were a lot of girls that preffed at top houses that chose these houses over them. Despite all of this I think Pi Phi got the hottest pledge class.
