Leaving SAE off this after the semester they had. They could be top 5 still but i dont know all the info on their ongoing case 1. Theta Chi - Theyve been on a steady increase since the start of last year and with SAE getting in trouble theyve solidified themselves as probably the top house for now 2. Delts- C and D? Who knows. Delts is always socially one of the most relevant houses. With greek life being fairly weak this year theyre maintaining this 2 spot but could fall badly if they do get in trouble next semester 3. Fiji- Fiji is Fiji. could be interchangable with beta, but theyre not a dry house. Theyre socially relevant with a long lasting tradition as a solid house on campus 4. Beta- Beta functions and smart nice dudes. Thats about it with beta, but those are all important things so they are staying at 4 5. Phi Psi- This was hard for me to put here with phi psi being over pi kapps but they functioned a lot with the best houses and girls seem to love going over there. I cant say pi kapps has done this to the same level. dont get me wrong, pi kapps has a great rep but when i think of up and coming houses, phi psi is the first on the list Honorable mention: Pi Kapps
