i see girls on instagram in alpha phi and i always compare myself to them. i have never had self esteem issues in my life about how i look but i hate myself. i don’t want to eat or talk to people or leave without a full face of makeup on anymore. i’m so depressed and continuously getting nightmares over rush despite it being almost three months since august has made my mental health worse. i cant do therapy and i cant get prescribed meds. my grades are awful and i have no friends. i’ve never hated myself this much in my life
