Looks like Theta Chi will continue to rise with the perfect balance of social and academics! If you don't mind their house, Fiji is always near the top. Delts is a great party house, but avoid if you need to make the grade and don't have the control. Glad to see some mid houses showing some grit (Pi Kapps and Snu). I wouldn't eliminate all houses on probation, but no one likes to be on the bubble of trouble (ask Sigma Chi).
