Subject:
Here’s some help when you’re rushing a frat

Poster Message:
Here’s some dos and do nots of rushing a frat. Dos: 1. Greek rank isn’t the best spot to see good houses. Stay away it’s toxic. 2. Go to meet the Greeks. It’s very easy to talk to a bunch of houses and get a little read on what type of guys they are then you’re able to decide what houses to rush and go to events. 3. Look nice. Smell nice and be yourself. Obviously it will probably be hot during fall rush. Don’t trip. The guys know that. Just look good. 4. Unless you absolutely love a house that bidded you, rush around. If nothing else, you’re able to get house tours of houses you’ll prolly not be in ever again. 5. Try to talk to as many guys as you can at the houses you go to. Usually houses vote on you so the better first impressions you give to a lot of the guys the better the chance you have at getting bidded. Do nots: 1. Don’t act “Frat” it’s stupid. 2. Don’t talk about how much beer you can drink and all your high school parties. Nobody cares. 3. Don’t show up in athletic clothes or jerseys. Present yourself well 4. Don’t suicide rush which means rushing one house only 5. Don’t try to act better than the guys in the house. I’ve had dudes come up and try to mess with me but they’re rushing my house. 6. Don’t ask about hazing. It turns houses off because they think you’ll just go to IFC. Houses haze just be ready for that. Depends how bad depending on what house but a lot do Hope this helps
