In my humble opinion, sigma chi is actually a tier above Fiji. I wouldn’t put Fiji above other upper tier houses as they have plenty of goobers themselves, and even though sigma chi has plenty of stinkers themselves, their historic reputation (drew Brees, ray krach) put them a sub above every one else. Fiji also lives in a straight shack and outside of its proximity to other houses, it does not fit the bill.
