PiPhi above XO and Kappa above APhi???? Are you kidding? In terms of rush this year Kappa bombed and many that had the choice between XO and APhi actually chose XO. IMO PiPhi is not on same level as APhi/Kappa/XO simply based on cross rush stats. Don't get me wrong, PiPhi is a super house with great girls but its not on level of top 3 I think. Kappa though is slipping and had a so so zoom rush this year as more people seemed to choose APhi and XO as the 'Kappa vibe' according to many was standoffish and boring and not at all diverse or welcoming to many. We will see how next year goes and if these trends continue. Stay tuned.
