Aphi lost out at pref in a very major way this year. They had to dip down lower in their lost this year vs last year. PNMs weren’t stupid and they got the info about the retention issues and culture at Aphi. XO took pnms from Aphi as did Kappa and others. PNMs focused on where they felt welcomed and comfortable and clearly many didn’t feel this vibe with APhi.
