Spent the day zooming and then crying during our breaks as I am so so so very very very hurt that the community here at Purdue doesn't understand us and even worse actually seems to hate us as we have mastered recruitment. Yes, I will say it again, we have mastered recruitment. I have decided to wipe away the tears and instead focus on how our brilliant recruitment system will guarantee us a houseful of people that look just like all the beautiful folks that are already here! How great is that! Nobody else can do it like we can! I am tired of feeling down because of jealous, spiteful and hurtful comments here on this crazy site. The other day someone tried to trip me as I was getting a coffee and they called me a crazy white chick. Yes, I'm white and yes i'm a chick but I ain't crazy! Crazy is not having your rush locked up before school even starts. Crazy is having sleepless nights working on lists and debating PNM. We at APhi are not crazy because we don't do any of this. We simply rank everyone and that is it. Our recruitment checklists are very comprehensive and we focus on just the most important things including hair color, style/look, and background etc. Grades don't matter much and accomplishment in high school doesn't matter much either. In the end, the only thing that matters is 'the look' and people either have it or they don't. Sadly, most simply don't have 'the look' but that is ok as we live on a big campus with many houses that need members. It does make me sad though that nobody can feel the pain associated with our perfection and absolute superiority! PS. The Michigan memo that everyone is blathering on about is truly on the tip of the iceberg of the genius that is our recruitment planning process.
