I wish there was a survey sent out to all sorority members so we could vote and give options on how recruitment could’ve gone. I think it’s unfair how only a board gets to decide and not it’s members. Not every house has a member on the board you know! Here are some things (I think) we could have done for fall recruitment: 1). COB in the fall. Have smaller group meet ups like frats do. If fraternities can have in person rush so can sororities :) and 2). Have rush in the winter/spring!!!! What is so hard about moving it around. We can come back like a week early and do rush. It’s really not that hard! Thank you :)
