Sig Chi is the only house you mentioned that does not do spring rush. Probation wise: Kappa sig is one bad move from getting kicked off campus. Delts are not in any form of major trouble or probation. I believe phi psi gets some of their restrictions lifted in January but will still be on probation. ZBT is in some trouble right now but nothing major. Theta chi and pi kapps are not in any form of probation If you’re considered about brotherhood, every house you mentioned has a large number of members and will have a solid brotherhood, but you won’t get much of a pledgeship experience with ZBT.
