Subject:
new and foreign, is greek life possible

Poster Message:
Hi, I recently arrived at Purdue. I am really interested in the Greek life looks like fun(not only for parties but for events, philanthropy and bonding) I want to rush but as I’m new I do not know much about Greek life and how is it here in Purdue. Would my limited knowledge of this be a problem when rushing and being considered? Also, in my country of course there is no such think as Greek life. Due to this, I think I’m in disadvantage because all the other guys like grew thinking about joining fraternities and it is a big part of American culture so they probably know more and feel more secure about it I want to be part of this but have my doubts. anyways if somebody wants to drop their opinion go. (I guess a pro would be that I’ll bring diversity to the frat lol)
