The only frtaernities there were Beta Du Pi Kapps and Delts, which aren't top houses but this was a smart move by them. Still good houses and good connections to make. If beta wasn't dry they'd be a top house. But since they are dry they will probably continue to be mid for a while. Nothing wrong with that though.
