this is false. there are houses that force their girls to go out and some houses only allow certain girls (the prettier ones) to attend functions with top houses (aphi) and also will ban girls from going to functions that aren't up to their standard (pi phi & dz) i've had friends in both houses tell me this first hand. sucks but it's true and anyone who tries to deny it is 99.9% probably in that house.
