No houses force you to go out that's bs. You'll find engineers in all houses and at the end of the day it is entirely your decision how you want to balance your time. I know girls in all houses who don't go out at all and spend time studying. You can look at house GPA's but there really isn't that much deviation from one house to another. Speaking as an engineer, yeah your sorority sisters can help you, but in a male dominated field you're going to find that most of your studying won't be with your sister's it'll be with guys in your class.
