Kappa - will always be top Chi O/ APhi - both slipping fast Pi Phi/DZ - both rising fast DG - not really going anywhere honestly, kind of meh Theta/Zeta/Tri Delt - Mentality of a top house. All are mediocre. Always have and always will be average, middle-middle tier. The rest... it's clear who is rising and falling and it's also very clear who got mediocre girls and who got better pledge classes. They're all just kind of lumped together.
