I believe AGR historically only participates in fall rush, but actively looks for rushees year round. The self-ranking from ZBT on this post is outrageous and needs to be addressed for anyone looking into joining Greek life this next semester. They are more of a self-proclaimed "powerhouse of excellence" based upon grabbing leadership roles and isolating themselves from the Greek community. If you're interested in a glorified social club, go ZBT. Phi Psi and Kappa Sig are on their own level socially from this list. Moving past that if you're rushing for more than social reasons, Pi Kapps is a widely-respected house and is huge on philanthropy and campus involvement, but in the middle of a scandal (probably bogus). Delts has been under the radar this semester, but throws some decent parties at times. Pike has really done well with Dream Girl this semester and is consistently on the top with community service, so is probably a notch above DU with room for growth amidst all of these allegations killing Greek life. Outside of that, feel free to explore and find your own personal fit. Just because a house isn't "top-tier" doesn't mean it isn't the right choice for you!
