All of these "relevant" houses are powerhouses in each of these factors though. Zeta has the best philanthropy on campus, Pi Phi and Phi Psi are social powerhouses, Pi Kapps/ZBT/AXO/DZ dominate in service hours and campus involvement, Theta/DG/Fiji/Sig Chi always have the best grades - not to mention 3rd/4th/5th/6th in grades are also houses listed in the OP - 90% of Old Masters and PUDM Greeks consist of these houses, the most money for philanthropy are raised by these houses, the biggest service events are held by these houses, the best parties are with these houses... Quit bashing good houses just because they're good. They're good for a reason.
