I'm gonna say something that's really important, and it helped make recruitment so much less stressful when I was going through it. You feel all this pressure to impress. Honestly, just be yourself, put your best foot forward. Because ultimately you don't have much of a say of where you end up. Houses already know what they want and know where you'll probably end up before you even get the house name right. Don't put on a front because you'll end up in a superficial house that you probably will end up hating and dropping. Trust me I hear this from my friends in other sororities. Don't worry about whether a house is top, or who they party with, because girls in all houses party with all different fraternities. It makes no difference there. And if you want to be in a top house super bad, you'll end up in one because being top house is mostly all top houses (and some "middle" houses) care about(not all houses care about this, I'm sure you'll figure out which ones). Anyways, what I'm saying is don't change yourself for recruitment. You'll end up where youre supposed to be. Don't get too attached to houses either, if you get dropped you don't want to be apart of a house that doesn't want you anyways. Good luck with recruitment and just keep it chill. 😘
