I'd bring Chi O down from top tier with AXO and bring DZ up to top tier. DG is like the transition point between upper middle and lower top. Also, Tri Delt below AXO, or even Theta/Zeta. That house has sisterhood issues like no tomorrow and the quality of their new PC isn't great.
