Pi Kapps: Smaller physical house, but in a great locations (same area as kappa sig by union). Known to have very nice and very involved guys. Never heard anything bad about them. Good mix of guys, wins a lot of awards on campus, solid social scene (good room for improvement before I'd cement them as top, still seems to function with all the other top houses tho). Paired very well recently. AGR: agricultural majors fraternity. Great guys, beautiful house. Has one of the best basements to function in. Have a good reputation on campus, and function with basically every top fraternity and sorority. Some great guys, but also some wierd farmer types. Seem to be carried by house and a core group of guys Middle: Delts: Nice house, does very well in campus competitions (always wins or places in grand prix, BMOC, miracle mania, etc). Has some really cool guys buy like the other thread said they also have some goobers. Tend to throw very crowded functions and run out of alcohol. Need some work to improve social, but has potential. ZBT: Very new fraternity in the scheme of things (only like 6 years old). House is kind of wierd, but in the acres so close to a lot of action. Nice guys, good involvement. Throw ZBTahiti, which is the only function on wednesdays generally. Functions can be really good, but also very hit or miss. Has good guys, but also a lot of goobers. Didnt pair for last grand prix. Could see them becoming a very good house, but also could stagnate
