For ALL expenses (national dues, housing, food, social, alcohol, tshirts, formal, philanthropy, intramural, chapter, etc) you'll see prices from $3800 - $6500 a semester. Compare that to dorms are about $5000 a semester but only include housing and food. Most houses will also make you pay some sort of deposit. Then there are pledgeship and initiation fees before you start living in, too.
