"A sorority member put an incriminating picture on Instagram." And . . . . then what? It's not like nationals or the alumni have people scouring sorority girls' Instagrams for incriminating evidence. I doubt Cutler's staff even monitors. And even if they did it would be pretty weak evidence of harmless stuff.
