There won't be a formal kickoff this time around. Houses that have room will contact people on an individual basis probably off of an interest form from Panhellenic. The question of what houses still have room remains but I doubt anyone with less than 3 spots to fill will be using the Panhel form to find their new members. they probably will already have people in mind. And don't let anyone tell you otherwise - all but probably the top 3 houses on this campus take people during the spring on a semi-regular basis. however they frequently LIE about it (cough phi mu cough pi phi) and even tell their spring initiates not to tell anyone. That is horrible and unsisterly.
