It's really about what you want out of your fraternity, as well as which brothers you connect with more. Pikapp is relatively young overall but seems to be growing fast. More parties than chi psi. But conversely, Chi Psi is definitely the smartest fraternity (although pikapp is close) and have a much better house. Make a decision based upon who you connect with more because both are great.
