The Big 4 generally don't have spring rush. Chi Phi and SAE may or may not in any given year. Everyone else (including PKP) will have spring rush, every year. PKP isn't especially wild or "fratty" but has some good guys and is heavily involved on campus and with philanthropy. Nothing wrong with that.
