Irrelevant To person below me: I don't think Kappa Sig did near well enough this year to warrant them above ATO or Sig Chi. I have a lot of friends in there but it's a stretch that they're on Tier 2, especially once we're moving Phi Gam down to tier 2. Also, Pi Kapp being on the same tier as solid fraternities is a stretch too.
