Not sure how you can put Sig Chi and PiKA above Sig Nu and Chi Psi...Sig Chi got a terrible few pledge classes not to mention their house is falling apart, and PiKA is just plain sketchy. Even though Sigma Nu isn't respected by the IFC they still pull a ton of girls to their parties and Chi Psi has arguably the best property as well as solid pledge classes in the past couple of years. 1.
