Thank you that was super helpful! Before I was thinking that the chapters would have a number in mind ahead of time that they were trying to reach at the start of rush, and not that quota was set only on pref night. Does this mean that if a girl completes the rush process she should get paired with a house? Or is it still possibly that she could be cut before making it to pref night when quota is set due to the large amount of girls rushing?
