While there's obviously some sort of hierarchy within panhel, the truth is that every year more girls are rushing meaning that each sorority is getting more access to really good quality members simply because there are more of them. Every sorority is lowkey on the comeup rn. Also hate to burst the bubble of perfectly divided chapters but rush is literally so arbitrary that it's impossible to keep a perfect standard throughout the process.
