Big 3 DKE, Phi gam, Beta - These guys have a lot personalities some guys are really chill, others are total douche bags. They recruitment close to home and seem to do well socially. Chi Psi - Also a mixed bag, known for being really smart. Have some guys who are weird and others who are super chill. Could be Big 4, all up to debate. Sig Chi - They are pretty cool. Stereotypical frat that has really strong social connections. Sig nu - I believe they have the most members. Also very stereotypical, they have a cohort of douche bags but for the most part have some chill guys. They seem to self rank on here a fair bit so do that what you will. Chi Phi - Strong social climbers, they have built up an impressive reputation over the last few years. The guys are really cool Pika - Party animals. Stereotypical frat, has a decent social reputation. Not much to add. ATO - As others have said they are mixed bag. Currently are in a lot of trouble with the university, but they do have some really chill brothers. These guys could be moved in any order SAE - Known for having a rocky history, but that has seemed to change with the current brothers. I believe they still don’t have letters from previous suspension. Interesting frat to follow in the next few years. DU - Another post said this and I agree. A very underrated Frat. All the brothers are really chill, they could benefit from a better social chair. Kappa sig - The guys also have a rocky history. Super mixed bag, some cool guys but others are really strange. Zete - Briggs Frat. Pledging process is insane. Known for branding members. Not sure why people go Zete. Pi Kapp - Always in trouble and have extremely weird group of guys. Probably have the worst safety out of any frat at Unc. Bottom Lambda - Small Frat and all the brothers are really strange. KA - Known for being country, small frat that was recently reestablished. Some guys are cool. D Sig - Not a traditional frat. They don’t have a house. Used to be associated with a business frat, not sure how they work. AEPI - Really cool guys. Hard to say they are bottom Most people don’t regard them highly which is supervising. However they are BFC and are pretty safe. Delta Chi - Non traditional frat, might go under in the next few years. Summary - Most frats have guys who are douche bags, but also have some really chill brothers. Not listed Phi Delt - Revocated till the end of the year, don’t really exist. Ex Big 4 BYX - UNC Christian Frat. Super cool guys Acacia - Brand new frat in alpha sig house
