Chi Phi and SAE aren't Big 4 but they are generally considered top tier. Kappa Sig is easily the best house outside of top tier, better than ATO and Sigma Chi and much, much better than Chi Psi. Zete is OK. Not good, not bad, but OK. Pi Lam is legitimately bad but probably not the worst.
