Phi Delt is just not top, they have been kicked off campus for 2 years, they don’t have a sophomore class, the guys they got are way below the caliber of the guys they used to get because they are guys that were willing to join a fraternity that can’t have parties for over a year after they joined. Phi Delt still tryna act like they are top is hilarious. The only top level guys they have are the seniors.
