Chi Phi is likely gonna be falling with getting suspended unless it is lifted really quickly. Phi Gam has been shaky the past few years since their lack of doing anything is catching up to them. Beta's expansions on to their house are putting them into the running for the best chapter on campus. SAE is different than the rest but girls still really like them and they're still a top chapter. Phi Delt and DKE are both solidly the two other best on campus with Beta. The rest don't really matter. Top Tier 1: DKE, Beta, Phi Delt Top Tier 2: Phi Gam, SAE, Chi Phi (with their future looking bleak though)
