Realistically, they're probably in a bad position for years to come. They've been on and off social probation for the past year and this new investigation is definitely not good for their chapter. I think SAE is probably the only fraternity who is Top Tier that might be doing Spring Rush this year but I even doubt they'll be doing it. So maybe Kappa Sig, Sigma Chi, or Sigma Nu if they're all doing it too.
