Snap bid is when the sorority doesn’t make quota and they reach out to a girl who dropped out of the formal process. COB is in addition to quota and can be girls who did not go through recruitment or girls who dropped out. If a sorority made quota and gave more bids today that is not snap bidding get your facts straight.
