even the "lower tier" srats party. sometimes they get this rep bc they don't party with "upper tier" frats, but they do party. party harder than anyone realizes and why join a srat with a bad rep...bc it's just a reputation, it doesn't mean it's reality. this isn't SEC panhel, tiers don't matter.. people joining "lower tier" srats see past the bs of reps and find genuine homes
