#1 sorority in terms of "tiers". This has been true for years, but it does not necessarily mean they're the #1 fit for you. A huge amount of OOS girls, primarily very wealthy. Sometimes have the rep of being mean or snobby but this is typically due to a few girls in each PC that are well known in Greek Life and maybe fit that description, but that doesn't mean the chapter is mean as a whole, or that a majority even is. Also, this "mean" stereotype is applied to a couple of sororities, and you can find at least one girl in most top/mid tier sororities that acts in this way (thinks she's better than/"too cool" for some people) They definitely know what their vibe is, and if you're a good fit, you'll know. basically, if you're a tri delt, you'll get a bid from tri delt. If you don't, it wasn't a mistake, they just didn't think you were a good fit, and if they didn't think you were the right fit, then you'll ultimately be glad that they cut you because you definitely arent. Not getting into tri delt doesn't mean you're not a great person, or that you're not "cool" if that's what you care about. It's a niche group with a well defined membership, so getting dropped simply means your interests/values/personality doesn't match up with theirs in a way where they could see you connecting with members and contributing to the chapter's goals, and/or they felt that other PNMs compared to you were a better fit. Them dropping you also doesn't mean they didn't like you! girls in different sororities are friends all the time. They just simply saw other girls better fitting into their chapter, and maybe even specifically saw you fitting in really well somewhere else
