I could be wrong but from what I can tell yes and no, while some places are still having a few events basically no one is actually planning on having a normal process this fall , I know some guys who have gotten bids( however they are guys who basically all but had one before rush and knew many brothers) however they have been told they will pledge with the spring class, at this point I would not worry about it and just wait till spring for rush. Also for reference the events being held are basically dinner ones that chapters have had reservations for months in advance so they are just hosting them to because why not
