If you want to join based off reputation, good sorority relations, and parties/fun, look here: DKE has an awesome house and they throw, debatably, the best parties on campus but they're not necessarily one of the smarter houses and they have had some issues in the recent few years. Beta is really the same way but with less craze to their parties, less issues lately, and probably a better GPA. Phi Game does not throw big parties or have a good GPA but they have a great, nice house and really cool guys. Phi Delt has a nice house, has solid parties, and has a fair amount of Moreheads and a good GPA. Problem is, out of all of the best fraternities, their brotherhood is probably the most clique-ish. SAE throws good parties and has the best GPA I'm pretty sure of the good houses. However, their house is pretty small comparatively to the rest of the good fraternities. Chi Phi has everything you want except for maybe the "nice-ness" of the house and the good grades. So like the guy above said, you can't get exactly everything but you can get pretty close by joining one of these houses.
