Chi psi and Pikapp are kinda equal in my book, but they both have good numbers as well as good houses with bad locations. Chi psi edges out pikapp on the house itself, whereas Pikapp heavily edges out chi psi on parties and campus involvement. Chi phi is literally nonexistent because of extended probation and IMO shouldnt even be that high up...
