All big 4 fraternities (phi delt, phi gam, dke, beta) will have a pretty serious time commitment and are not for the faint of heart. Aside from them, I’ve heard Kappa Sig has the most intensive and time consuming process at around 9-10 weeks with Zete not far behind.
