First of all chi o had posters on their walls about PNMs that they wanted and they were in the background of someone’s snapchat story Second of all chi o had lights and costumes during round 1 today which is against the rules and they know that. they did this last year and were told not to, but they did it anyway. they had a secret knock that they planned on doing when panhel was coming to make sure they were following the rules so they could put away the costumes and lights, but panhel found out about this. the issue at hand is what kind of punishment panhel will give. there isn’t a written punishment for either of these things, but they should be punished because they blatantly disregarded the rules and spirit of recruitment
