Most girls have no issues getting into fraternity parties. That being said, there are some parties which will be more exclusive and require wristbands to gain access. The normal Thurs/Sat late nights usually don't have wristbands unless its a special theme or something. Also don't try to bring a bunch of guys with you to a party because a lot of frats will not let them in unless they know 5 brothers.
