I've been hearing vague plans that they've "found the house they want and are going to sign for it by next semester" or "they're going to begin construction this year" since the beginning of when the chapter founded at Chapel Hill. I don't know if there actually is a solid plan in place or if they are being optimistic in order to get new girls to join. I feel as though they would be very vocal and specific about it on their social media stuff if they really do have plans in place so maybe look there?
