This goes for most if not all sororities....being a legacy does NOTHING for you except ensure that you're invited back to the second round. Especially if the legacy is your Mom. If you are a legacy to a sibling that is a member now or recently (where people remember her) it would definitely help. But not your Mom. Sorry.
